The mind is truly a powerful tool. I have been reading A Changed Mind by David Bayer in conjunction with the Kybalion and realized a few things about my spiritual journey over the past few years that solidify the Hermetic Principles and our ability to re-wire our brain to manifest what we want. I always had a limiting belief that I was not a creative person, although I knew I was a skilled writer I thought my artistic talent was certainly lacking and I could never build or create anything of substance. Just before my first deployment, I made a new empowering decision as Bayer would put it, to change that limiting belief and put into action the founding of our company Infinite Meditation. Reflecting back I now see that I was also able to find evidence to support this new found capacity to create as I pursued learning the software and the sound science behind brain entrainment to create better and better meditations that elevate people's meditation to profound states. As I continued to grow in my awakening I also began writing poetry, something I despised in school. I partnered with Woojer to create vibroacoustic tracks, I learned the tools of the trade, photo editing, video editing, harnessing AI to create visuals for my videos and began honing my craft and expressing myself in a creative fashion to bring something into this world that may help people. As I am writing these words I had the epiphany that the articles for this blog are also a creative expression that I am now bringing into the world!
Tying this back to the original theme, manifestation has some serious credibility, never in my younger years would I believe that I had the ability to create or even start a business as I also had the limiting belief at one point that entrepreneurship is too risky, I did not have the personality to be successful in that world and it was best to stick to the sure thing earning a living working a steady nine to five job. Still far from mastering the concepts of personal alchemy and manifestation, I do truly believe we are creators of our reality and how we choose to experience life really does boil down to mindset or as the hermetic principle that “All is mind; the universe is mental.” There is much more to this world that meets the eye that material science and mainstream theologians cannot answer alone and if you have ever experienced synchronicity you know as well that the answers of contemporary society fall short.
If you ever feel trapped, lost or without purpose remember you alone have the power to transmute these primal emotional states into something good. The principle of rhythm states we will have ups and downs but we can also neutralize it to a degree and work times of suffering and hardship into something beautiful. Being deployed to a foreign land came with many struggles but looking back that was the most beautiful and awakening experience of my life as I grew tremendously as a person during this time amidst the “suck” so to speak! The one thing I wanted most at this time was creativity and through meditation and synchronicity I was able to discover I did have the power within to be and have what I wanted. We were always meant to grow, like the Tool Song Lateralus, “Black Then White are All I see In my infancy Red and yellow then came to be Reaching out to me Lets me see…”
